Looks like they can't find them when they search.
Do you also work with Storis IDs? I don't know that much about this portion.

She seems to want to work with SKUs while we use VNMs (model #).
Feed products add an SKU but we don't know what it is since it's their SKU in their company and the VNM is the model #, so that's what we use to find the product in storis.
For manual products, we add our PTR in the SKU column... so it's different in both cases.

I have been talking here with Fanny wich is the one responsable for the ecommerce. She is telling me that all those products are on the web site. Usually they call them with the VNM number, wich is the vendor model. Some products are added manually, some come from an automatic feed from Dufresne. 

 

Now we are not quite sure why we can't access a complete list of product using the ID links you sent. We will ask the Dufresne team, to see if they have an answer for the IDs. We don't have that access to the shopify dashboard.
